His current focus is strength & conditioning and optimising performance through training, nutrition and lifestyle.. Strength training style
My training style is focused on making people stronger, faster and building a strong foundation through strength training that will carry over to various athletic activity and also being strong for life. I feel that strength training is far more than what you can do physically. Mental strength and strength of character are both components of real strength.
Being physically strong does not mean you are a strong person. If you are not capable of carrying a good conversation or building other areas of your life you are not a well rounded human being. Training is so much more than just lifting weights, and what you learn from training can enhance other areas of your life.
